Funding Sources for MSA Roadway Reconstruction Costs Not Covered by MSA Funds <br />May 20, 1994 <br />page 2 <br />4. <br />5. <br />A portion of the required funding could be obtained by funding the full cost of <br />the bike trail with park dedication funds and using the MSA funds related to the <br />bike trail to pay a portion of the non-bike trail excess costs. The total cost of the <br />bike trail on North Brown Road is approximately $25,000. Even if the park fund <br />were to pick up 100% of these costs this is a very reasonable cost for one-half <br />mile of bike path. <br />Building fund. <br />Council may want to review these alternatives in a work session. In the interim staff will <br />develop a report that compares and evaluates each of the alternative Ending sources.
