A joint powers agreement is attached for Council review and approval. <br />Also attached is a letter from Peter Tritz of the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust <br />indicating the joint powers agreement will not have an impact on the city s liability insurance <br />coverage. <br />W <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the joint powers agreement between the cities of Orono and Long Lake for <br />the purpose of regulating personal watercraft on Long Lake and to authorize the Mayor and City <br />Administrator to sign the joint powers agreement.
