Applicant has completed <br />renovation of the clubhouse and is continuing to upgrade this marina. Staff and <br />applicant are currently in discussion regarding upgrade of landscaping and stormwater <br />controls. <br />Staff Rec ommendation <br />Each of these four applicants has met the requirements for issuance of a 1995 marina license, <br />including compliance with the seven operation standards established in the licensing ordinance. <br />Staff recommends approval of these four licenses. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by , to approve 1995 marina <br />licenses for Windward Marine, Minnetonka Boat Works, Sailors World and North Shore <br />Marina.
