Staff recommends approval of a 1995 <br />license for each of these four marinas. <br />A few brief comments about each operation: <br />• Windward Marine - No changes from past licc^'v. No CUPs requested or requued <br />under B-2 ordinance provisions. <br />• Minnetonka Boat Works - No changes from past license. No CUPs are required nor <br />requested under the B-2 provision (caretaker apartment has been vacant for a few <br />years). Conversion to encased flotation is substantially complete. <br />• Sailors World - No changes from past license. Licensee has applied for a boat club <br />CUP which is currently under review by Planning Commission. Renovation of the <br />site is generally complete except for landscaping work. <br />• North Shore Marina - No changes from previous license. Applicant has <br />discussion with staff and will be applying for CUT for caretaker residence and public <br />boat launching, on-demand (dry stack operation). The ongoing conflict beween <br />Orono ’s allowing 20 dry stack slots for lake use and LMCD allowing up to 72 tor
