Ulrich subdivision , „ ^ <br />CSAH 151, east side approximately 150 feet south of Dahl Road <br />Section 7, Township 117, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County Plat No. 2137 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />Minnesota Statutes 505.02 and 505.03, Plats and Surveys, require County <br />review of proposed plats abutting County roads. We reviewed the above plat <br />and make the following comments: <br />• The developer should dedicate 40 feet of right of way from and along the <br />centerline of CSAH 151 along the plats entire frontage with CSAH 151. <br />All access for Lots 1 and 2 to CSAH 151 must be via existing Loma Linda <br />Avenue. Direct access to CSAH 151 will not be permitted. <br />All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />Hennepin County permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, <br />but is not limited to access, drainage, and utility construction, trail <br />development, and landscaping. Contact our Permits Section at 930-2550 <br />for permit forms. <br />• The developer must restore all areas, within County right of way <br />disturbed during construction. <br />Please direct any response to Doug Mattson. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
