Wetlands on the property must be delineated per the standard methods referenced in the <br />Wetlands Conservation Act (applicant must hire a qualified person to do this). <br />13.Once wetlands are delineated, surveyor must stake and define the wetlands on the <br />preliminary plat drawings. (It is anticipated that the northerly wetland will be defined <br />at the 987.1’ contour.) <br />NOTE:Attached is a letter from tlie Hennepin County Department of Public Works. <br />They request 40’ of right-of-way be dedicated from the centerline of CSAII 151. <br />Consistent with City policy, the City will require only a 33’ dedication. <br />Applicant’s next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of additional information. <br />Deadline for the May 9th Council meeting is May 2nd. Deadline for the May 23rd meeting is <br />May 16th. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please contact the Zoning <br />Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available <br />from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
