Review Exhibit C, Mr. Nelson has submitted a letter affirmmg his <br />satisfaction with the legal preparation by the City Attorney’s office for obtaining a prescnptive <br />easement. Review Exhibits E and F, Mr. Johnson’s law firm has provided easements in favor <br />of both the City of Orono and Gordon and Barbara Nelson. <br />The City Attorney’s office has reviewed the utility easement to be granted to the City and <br />the easement agreement in favor of the Nelson property and found them to be satisfactory. Mr. <br />and Mrs. Johnson have executed both the agreement and easement to the City. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Nelson have reviewed the agreement and have completed the execution of <br />the agreement. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />If Council feels that all conditions of the March 27th directive have been satisfied, they <br />may proceed with formal action on the two vacation resolutions prepared by staff.
