The Planning Commission unanimously approved the <br />variances as proposed. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either approve or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
