Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />April 27, 1995 <br />#2009 Tom and Maureen Palm, 1685 Concordia Street <br />The minority opinion of two found it difficult to approve new construction Utat would be <br />located within the lakeshore setback area. The applicant advised that it would be mpossible to <br />relocate the structure to the 75’ setback line as house would be facmg t|«^ °f ^ residences <br />on both sides. The new owners of the residence to the south advised that they were not <br />currently considering rebuilding a new residence on the property but Plan to live in the current <br />residence for the next few years. They have yet to consider a rebuild. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />approval recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />The DNR reviewed the proposal and found no problem with the grade-level deck without <br />railings being located within 40’ of the shoreline. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt, amend or deny the enclosed approval resolution.
