It is staff’s recommendation that the project should proceed and that the stonn <br />sewer portion of the project be assessed to all properties contributing stoim drainage into the <br />project area. It is also staffs recommendation that an assessment hearing be held and that any <br />determination regarding whether to proceed with the project be delayed until the time for api^als <br />has passed. The Council could then determine whether to move ahead with the project based <br />on the number of appeals. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve/deny authorization for staff to proceed with preparauons for an assessment <br />hearing regarding the Kelley Avenue drainage project.
