At 4:25 p.B., the Board of Education's public neeting resumed. Hr. <br />Franklin stated that he would now entertain a resolution to exprl <br />a student, reminding the Board members that there can be no <br />discussion during the public meeting of the student's identity or <br />of any facts which could result in the identification of the <br />student. <br />Member Pamela Schroeder introduced the following resolution, waived <br />the reading of the resolution and moved its adoption:
