Adequate off street parking based on anticipated uses <br />shall be provided. On-site circulation required to avoid backing onto streets. Driveways <br />and emergency vehicle access to be maintained at all times. <br />• Privacy fence/screening may be required. <br />• Facilities must conform to Minnesota State Building Code and Fire Code requirements. <br />• Formal site/building plan review required. <br />C. Operations: <br />• Facility shall comply with all applicable codes and regulations and shall have current and <br />in effect the appropriate state or other licenses. <br />• CUP becomes invalid if state or other licenses become invalid. <br />• Applicant shall submit detailed program information including goals, policies, activities <br />schedule, staffing patterns and targeted capacity which may result in the imposiuon o <br />reasonable conditions to limit the offsite impacts.
