Inc. <br />Status of Review <br />At Council's direction the Planning Commission has completed a 2 1/2 month study of the <br />request of Westonka Intervention to amend the code to allow a residential shelter at the property <br />located at 2380 Shadvwood Road. Staff has copied the Council on all packets and information <br />prepared for the Planning Commission for the three work sessions and public information <br />meeting (Exhibits D. e/f and G). The outline for the work study. Exhibit A, has been <br />carefully followed throughout the study. The staff memo of 2/6/95, Exhibits C, covers the <br />majority of the discussion of outline items except for the land use issues and specific site issues <br />discussed at the February 21st workshop. <br />Minutes of that meeting.
