All hardcover improvements scheduled for removal are to be completed prior to <br />the footing inspection for new construction. <br />2. Applicants are to provide detailed grading and drainage plans ^itn building permit <br />application. The plans are to be reviewed by the City Engineer to ensure that the <br />e.xisting drainage facility shall not be impacted by new construction and to ensure <br />that proposed grading and storm sewer improvements will be effective in <br />combating the flooding at the lower level. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
