NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Robert W. <br />Carlson is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that the drainage and utility <br />easement legally described above is hereby vacated. Granting of the petition is subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.Applicant to grant a drainage and utility easement to ensure 10 ’ wide continuous <br />easement exists at the north and south lot lines of Lot 2, Block 1, Fo.xwood <br />Second Addition. <br />2. Granting of a drainage easement to be taken over the portion of the designated <br />wetland located within the area of the 35 ’ drainage and utility easement to be <br />vacated. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on March 13, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
