He will <br />nark the paths with an orange narking tape. <br />There will oe a vista area and one small area <br />for picnics. Gilbert noted that we have <br />something very rare called a Pagoda Dogwood. <br />He is most anxious that the front paths be <br />developed. We also need to put down permanent <br />stakes to show exactly what we own. This will <br />possibly involve a survey. Wysocky has made <br />a list of all expenditures and materials that <br />will be required. Because we are getting <br />Gilbert’s services so nominally, we have to <br />adjust to his tine. If possible, wc will get <br />some volunteer help, such as scouts, for laying <br />the paths. Wysocky will look into this. Motion, Ayes (8) • Nays (0). <br />HIGHWOOD EXPENDITURES <br />Ogland reported that Benson is waiting for the <br />:;ruund to dry so he can get in there to level <br />:he ground for the skating rink this winter. <br />The question was raised if we could put teiwis <br />courts in this area. This will be looked into. <br />'^gland reported for Ophein. There will be^ <br />i now fences put up on both ends of the Lydiard <br />access as a safety factor because of tJie posts <br />in there. Snow fences will also be posted on <br />the access adjacent to Ophein*s property and <br />nosted for no'snowmobiles. <br />A letter from Jack Wenger which was sent to <br />5d Stanke was read expressing concern over^ <br />the Commission's restricted use of the Lydiard <br />access to swimming.
