A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF <br />THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR THE PLAT, CRYSTAL CREEK <br />- FILE NO. 1457 <br />WHEREAS, on March 15, 1994, the City Council of the Cit> Orono adopted <br />Resolution No. 339?. granting an extension of preliminary approval of a plat proposed by <br />applicant, Alan G. Carlson, involving the property located at 3140 Watenown Road; and <br />8, 1995; and <br />WHEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat extension expires on April <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Council that he is unable to fulfil the <br />conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue of the option of a southern bypass for the <br />Highway 12 improvement is resolved; and <br />WHEREAS, applicant has demonstrated a substantial financial commitment <br />during the review of the preliminary subdivision application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono that the effective penod of preliminary plat approval for Alan G. Carlson ’s proposed plat <br />known as Crystal Creek involving the property located at 3140 Watertown Road and as <br />originally approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 2948, adopted April 8,1991, is hereby <br />extended to April 8, 1996. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 13th day of March, 1995. <br />Page 1 of 2
