In early 1992 Mn/DOT developed corridor alternatives for an
expanded 394 corridor that included a southern bypass. Since that approval date, applicant has
requested extensions until the Highway 12 corridor matter is resolved, hopefully in 1995.
Review Exhibit A, applicant now seeks a fourth extension. It is the applicant ’s hope that this
will be the last and final request for an extension of preliminary subdivision approval.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED:
To approve the enclosed resolution granting a fourth extension of preliminary subdivision
approval now extending the effective date of preliminary subdivision approval to April 8, 1996.
Council may either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
