The fomier residence was constructed 50 to 60 years ago. Fou^iions to <br />yet to bT removed from the site. A demolition permit was issued. <br />Mrmit calls for the removal of foundations and debris. Section 12.09, Subds. 1 ato 2 «ntiU^ <br />•Clean Fill" will prohibit the filling over of foundations and debris left on the site. Roa weig <br />restrictions are in effect now and have delayed removal. <br />Review Exhibit C, the building site is consistent with other home sites within the Miimetonto <br />M Park area. To the west of the site is an unimproved dedicated right-of-way shown at <br />a 30’ width. The City has no plans to develop roadway. The house has been placed on the sit
