The <br />City must be in receipt of the detail and specifications for tower and base <br />strucnire for the review of the City Ei.j,. icer. It is difficult for staff to imagine <br />any reliable installer completing the insta* -non of the antenna strucnire without <br />a building permit. <br />As the structure is owned and used by a nonowner of the property, it will be <br />necessary to limit the conditional use permit to the specific user and require the <br />removal of the base and tower strucnire when applicant no longer resides on the <br />property. Are there other controls members may feel appropriate for use of the <br />structure? <br />L
