.zee <br />CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />City of OROiVO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 14QR <br />The subdiv’ider has adopted a declaration of <br />restrictive covenants adv’ising all future berefitting <br />property owners or their share in the responsibility <br />of the maintenance and repair Countrvside Drive <br />until that time in the future when the subject road <br />is a through road connected to Old Crystal Bay Road <br />South. The covenants further advise that at the time <br />of the City's acceptance of Cou.ntryside Drive <br />that It will be the benefitting property owner's <br />responsibility to bring that road upto current City <br />standards. ^ <br />6) Execution of a Subdividers Agreement prov^idino <br />^^^stallation of permanent street improvements <br />as a condition of subdivision approval. <br />7) Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />a.mount of $1, 200.00. <br />3) Pa>Tnent to the City for the legal review and filing <br />of the plat and accompanying doettments in the amount <br />of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Citv <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat of COUNTRYSIDE MANOR, Hennepin County,* <br />Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1) Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Countryside .Manor and Lots <br />1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, Countryside Manor shall <br />access via Countryside Drive There shall <br />be no direct access permitted onto Willow Drive South. <br />2) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of <br />Orono vv’ith the Hennepin County Recorder's Office <br />on or before February 23, 1983, together with a <br />original copy of this resolution and <br />executed copies of the docum.ents noted above. <br />Wao U The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />nf»r>#»<=c specified above.
