It should also noted that <br />if the DNR disapproves of the retention areas adjacent to the Luce Line on the Coffin property, <br />that staff may have to call for the tabling of the application until other retention areas are located <br />on the site. <br />Any condition of approval of this subdivision must include the following conditions: <br />Dedication of plat road within first phase of Dickey parcel subdivision as public <br />road. Note 66 ’ of Old Crystal Bay Road has been dedicated on both sides. <br />Dedications were completed for all roads adjacent to the Dickey parcel with the <br />Countiyside option.
