NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Fairway Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following condition: 1. Permits for residential construction on both Lots 1 and 2 shall be issued by the City of Orono. Sewer and water permits shall be issued by the City for both Lots ^ The billing for sewer and water usage shall be the responsibility of the City of Orono. Lot 2 has received credi? of the previously assessed water and sewer unit charges againthe property.
