The pu^ose <br />of the work session was to be to review Police Department operations. The Police Chief will <br />be out of town the week of March 9 on a previously approved vacanon. Several <br />Councilmembers have suggested that the purpose of the work session be changed to a discussion <br />of issues related to Highwav 12. In addition, the City has received the cooperative agreement <br />for the Highway 12 Safety Improvements project. The work session would provide an <br />opportunity to review the main points of the agreement. <br />Q <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Motion to schedule a work session for 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 9 for discussion of issues <br />related to Highway 12.
