Applicants also note that the second story <br />5’ addition has been angled at the sides to minimize any sighting problems for the residence to <br />the north and in addition the current improvement does not require a side setback variance as <br />Application #1945 would have required. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the amended variance <br />application as shown on Exhibit E, maintaining hardcover at 45.3%. The enclosed approval <br />resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission s unanimous recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESFED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
