Block 1, Lemmerman Addition. The location of the house pad on the lot appears <br />acceptable from an engineering s'andpoint. <br />Prior to issuing a building permit, a grading plan should be prepared showtng the proposed <br />contours, building elevations and dttvevray location. Due to *e steep 'Wjhy along the <br />along the north prooerty line, it appears that a reiaming wall may be needed. <br />In the future, Tonka View Lane will most likely be upgraded to a 28-foot wide <br />0-foot wide boulevards. The northwr ..crly corner of this lot has a 4 to <br />along the roadway.
