I understand you do not have the resources to fix every <br />problem which pops up from time-to-time. but the flooding on Kelly Avenue is a <br />reoccurring problem. <br />The water is now over one foot deep by my mailbox and driveway entrance. In addition <br />to the marsh which is the source of this water, the storm sewer adds water to the problem <br />periodically, as evidenced by water streaming from the top of the manhole. <br />I hope you will devote your attention to remedy the problem by raising the road in this <br />area as soon as possible. I have enclosed a copy of my letter to you from last summer. I <br />have been very patient with your efforts to date. I wonder how patient Orono’s "tax <br />collector" is? In addition, I intend to change the course/elevation of my driveway and it <br />would be very helpful to know your decisions an ' anticipated dates for follow-through. <br />Please review my concerns and let me know when you will take care of the flooding <br />problem.
