A RESOLUTION REQITSTENG <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS <br />TO POST DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE <br />CITY OF ORONO "NO PARKING TOW AWAY ZONE" <br />\VHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization existing under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has determined that there should not be vehicle <br />parking on certain streets in the City of Orono; and <br />WHEREAS, the streets to be designated 'No Parking Tow Away Zone are <br />under the jurisdiction of Hennepin County. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono does hereby <br />request Hennepin Coun^blic Works to post the following streets as "No Parking Tow Away <br />Zone": <br />North Shore Drive, beginning on the westerly side <br />3017 North Shoie Drive and proceeding westerly to 3980 North Shore <br />both sides of the street. <br />Tonkawa Road from the intersecuon of North Shore Drive northerly to 1140 <br />Tonkawa Road, both sides of the stieet. <br />Shadywood Road beginning at the intersection of Not* Shorn Drive souU^^^^^ to <br />the Coffee bridge of 1940 North Shore Drive, both sides of the street. <br />Adopted by the City Councii of the City of Orono.
