Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COLNCIL REPORT <br />Mayor Callahan indicated he has appreciated working with the Council during his first <br />two years as mayor and believed it has been a productive two years. <br />Jabbour volunteered for the position of working with Hennepin County to eliminate the <br />car/trailer parking on CoRds 51. 135, and 19 as part of the Maxwell Bay public access <br />project. Gerhardson said »gns in those areas cannot be specific to the vehicle being <br />parked, i e. allowing for cars only but no trailers. There would either be parking or <br />totally no parking. Residents on the lake in these areas are concerned with boaters using <br />their docks to get to their cars and trailers <br />Gafiron reported that the Lake Use Committee Meeting is scheduled for Wednesdr^, <br />January 11, 1995 at 7:45 a.m. <br />ENGINEER REPORT <br />(•#14) PAY REQUEST #9 AND FINAL - STUBBS BAY SA?fn*ARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />Callahan moved, Jabbour seconded, to approve the 9th and final request for payment for <br />tlw Stubbs Bay Sanitary Sewer Improvement to Progressive Contractors, Inc., 8736 <br />Zachary Lane, Osseo, in the amount of $57,512.20. Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />OTY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />(#15) SEPTIC/SEWER WORK PLAN <br />Moorse presented a summary of Council's d'nection and follow-up to the work session of <br />12/9 StafiTis requesting conBrmation of the direction given to Staff at that meeting. <br />According to Gafiron, the MUSA arnendmem materials should be ready for Met Council <br />presentation by the end of January. Gaiffon suggested that the entire Orwio Schook ^e <br />be included in the MUSA amendment. <br />8
