A letter has been sent to the <br />MPRS terminating the city ’s membership. The by-laws of the MPRS joint powers organization <br />require that the written notice of termination be accompanied by a resolution of the City . <br />Council. The resolution is attached for Council adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the adopting of the resolution terminating the city ’s membership in the <br />MPRS.
