B. WATER QUALITY MODELING <br />The total phosphorus removal efficiency for the Deer Hill Road basin is approximately 60 <br />percent. Phosphorus removal efficiencies were estimated using the Pond Net Detention Pond <br />Model (See Appendix D for water quality model input and output data). <br />C. PERAnTTTNG REOUTREAfENTS <br />The Deer Hill Road Wet Detention Basin/Wetland will require the following permits: <br />1. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) individual Section 404 permit and <br />accompanying MPCA Section 401 water quality certification. <br />2. DNR Protected Waters Permit. <br />3.
