Cloutier <br />•1 '4 1995 <br />Unfortunately my wife and I will be traveling at <br />the time of the September 18, 1995 meeting, so in lieu <br />of attending we submit the following. <br />We, as the closest and most affected neighbors to <br />Mr. Cloutier's requested sxobdivision, have no <br />objection to the application, since we have been <br />informed that the current request is identical to the <br />March 20, 1995 submittal. However, if the Planning <br />Commission and/or Council, along with Mr. Cloutier, <br />change the application or the response to it, we wish <br />to reserve the right to be informed of the changes and <br />be allowed to comment on .them before they are approved. <br />We additionally request that the house as it was <br />shown on the original application be moved 5 to 6 feet <br />to the northeast to save several well developed trees <br />that would be destroyed otherwise, and that all <br />aspects of the subdivision, house construction, drive­ <br />ways, etc. comply with the current city ordinances. <br />Thank you for your consideration. <br />Norm and Rusty Paurus
