Proposed Lot 2 <br />would have to meet 150% of the area and width standards. As directed, application now <br />proposes a lot line rearrangement with a road ouUoi. Lot 2 is not a back lot and meets the dry <br />area requirement of 5.1 acres. <br />mm i
