Applicant to provide detail on proposed hardcover improvements to include areas <br />of following improvements; <br />Footprint of residence strucmre to include covered entraiK^e porch at street <br />side. <br />Final approved footprint of upper level lakeside deck - also hardcover <br />improvements that extend beyond deck at upper level. <br />Walkway and driveway detail to include area of new entrance monuments. <br />Hardcover facts to be submitted before application is scheduled before the <br />Council for final action. <br />2.
