The City <br />shall allow a Class I subdivision. We will request drainage ami utility easement along <br />newly defined lot line of Lot 2, Block 1, Klitzke Addition. <br />Section 11.03. Definition 28 • Lot width. The shortest dimension between opposite lot <br />lines measured at all of those points is required by the Zoning Chapter of the City Code <br />and this Chapter. <br />Section 10.02, Definition 43 - Lot width. The horizontal distance between side lot lines <br />measured at the following locations: <br />A. For lots which do not abut a lake or tributary, at the rear of the required front yard, <br />measured parallel to the front lot line. <br />B.
