Any condition of approval <br />must include the following conditions: <br />All hardcover improvements scheduled for removal must be completed prior to <br />the footing inspection for the new construction. Applicant may be allowed to <br />reuin blacktop area at the northwest comer of property for construction vehicles <br />entering site during construction. Blacktop area must be removed prior to the <br />issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new construction or applicant will <br />not be able to reside in residence durir^ the reconstruction. <br />2.
