Gustafson asks for specific detail with the <br />grading and drainage plans to be submitted with the new construction plan as follows: <br />1.Applicant to show how drainage from Webb Street is to be directed away from <br />the property and along the road right-of-way - curbing, benning?? <br />2.Upon your inspection, review the topography/elevations along the west side lot <br />line where new garage will be installed. If there is to be a cut in that area, a 2-3 ’ <br />retaining wall will be required to the west side of the drive. If applicant is able <br />to obuin western property owner ’s permission, grading can be more gradually <br />sloped at west side lot line not requiring reuining wall. <br />3.Applicant’s grading plan to reflect existing elevations, garage floor elevations and <br />driveway grade. <br />Descriptioo of Unusual Finding or Hardships <br />Review Exhibit A.
