Have the standards of the guest apartment use been satisfied? <br />Options of Action <br />To either approve or deny the conditional use permit and variances as proposed with the current <br />application. If members approve the application, the following conditions should be considered <br />in your motion: <br />Existing septic system to be upgraded from a three bedroom to five bedroom <br />mound system prior to occupancy of new addition. <br />2.Apartment may never be used for rental purposes but shall serve members of <br />applicant ’s family, domestic employees or non-paying guests. <br />3.Utilities to addition shall continue to be metered through the utilities or meter <br />serving principal residence. \ <br />4.
