XT <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLLTION OF THE CITY COOVCIL <br />NO. _5_iliLg_J? <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br />TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 14 (C), <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 (B) AND 2 <br />AND SECTION 10.24, SUBDIVISION 5 (B) <br />FILE NO. 1945 <br />WHEREAS, Robert L. Wolff and Velma A. Wolff (hereinafter "the applicants") <br />arc the owners of the property located at 4450 Forest l^.ke binding within the City of Orono <br />and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 11, Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br />property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to tlte Municipal <br />Zoninc Code to peniiit construction of a 10’ x 14’ three season porch within the envelope of the <br />existing deck at the lakeside of the residence requiring approval of the following variances; <br />Section 10.03.
