Sid Rebers, along with hb legal representative, Greg Poe, were preseiit. <br />Rebers originally owned 41 acres from Sugu Woo^ to Hwy 12. Poe discussed why it <br />was his opinion that the east/west. It must be serviced by municipal water and sewer, and direct <br />highway access is needed. The garage use b listed under the conditional use section of the <br />code and includes repair of cars, which rmist be totally enclosed. <br />The rear and front setback requirements present no problem. There are recent Mn/DOT <br />changes to Hwy 12 that the City and Applicam will need to review for thb application.
