Remove existing non-conforming garage, attach new <br />garage and mudroom to existing house. <br />2. Add new foyer and deck/stairs on street side. <br />3. Put new foundation under existing house which <br />requires raising it. <br />4. Add second story over portion of existing house <br />in 0-75' zone, 8' from side lot line. <br />Variances requested as follows: <br />1. 0-75' hardcover: existing = 39.0% (no change <br />proposed ) <br />2. 75-250' hardcover: existing = 27.6% <br />proposed = 34.1% <br />3. Structure addition in 0-75' zone. <br />4. Structure addition within 8' of side lot line <br />(10' required). <br />5. Continue existing 1' house encroachment into <br />average lakeshore setback; add 4' 2nd story deck <br />with total average setback encroachment of 5'. <br />6. Street setback for principal structure of 20' <br />(30' required) (Garage doors 25'-35' from right-fo- <br />way, no turnaround provided). <br />8
