Motion, <br />Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#1220 ROBERT KOEHHEH <br />537 HANLON AVENUE <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 8:27-8:29 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />were noted. <br />Robert Koehnen was present for this matter. <br />Gaffron explained the request for a front setback <br />variance to construct a 16'x 24' room addition to the <br />south side of the residence. The addition continues the <br />front and rear lines of the existing house, which is <br />slightly skewed on the lot resulting in a slightly <br />decreased front setback from what now exists. The <br />addition will be 38' from the edge of the traveled <br />roadway. Due to the location of the existing house, any <br />addition would require a setback variance.
