Motion* <br />Ayes 4* Nays 0* Abstention 1. The Orono <br />facility will service 3 of the larger boats currently <br />stored at the Wayzata facility. Council conceptually <br />approved the request at their November 9th ."neeting. <br />Bellows asked why the Orono facility must store the <br />larger boats at this point? <br />Byron Heimark explained that the Orono facility needed <br />to replace their boat lift with a safer style which sre <br />wider than the old style; and with the remodeling of the <br />Wayzata ficility, they can no longer store the larger <br />boats and meet the parking requirements. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Bellows* seconded by Johnson* to <br />recommend approval per staff recommendation.
