He noted that each of the members <br />could decide for themselves whether there was a conflict <br />of interest and abstain from voting. From his point of <br />view, he has decided to vote in the matter. <br />'A <br />Mark Fox asked if Woodhill Ave. were widened where would <br />the additional property come from and who would pay for <br />it. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that they have only <br />done some preliminary reviews of it and were very <br />concerned with the existing landscaping done by the <br />property owners in the right-of-way. <br />There were no other comments from the public and the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Hanson, to recommend <br />preliminary subdivision approval as proposed subject to <br />the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion, Ayes 3, <br />Nays 2, Abstention 1. Brown voted nay feeling the <br />Woodhill Ave. cul-de-sac was not needed. Johnson <br />concurred with Brown in addition to feeling a 20' paved <br />road width would be adequate.
