He submitted a letter of <br />objection signed by 4 neighbors (all of which are <br />present) which staff received this day. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted that the <br />applicants live in Illinois and asked that the Planning <br />Commission review their application without their <br />presence. Gaffron indicated to the applicants that <br />their absence would be accepted because this was a <br />renewal application, however, advised them that if <br />Planning Commission had any questions or concerns in <br />this application it may be tabled requiring them to be <br />present at the next review. <br />Cohen felt that because there are objections to the <br />proposal it would be appropriate that the applicant or a <br />representative be present. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Chairman Kelley, to <br />table this matter for the presence of applicant or <br />representative. Motion, Ayes 6, Nays 0. <br />CounciImember Goetten suggested that the neighbors' be <br />given the opportunity to be heard at this time. <br />Present for this matter were: Dave & Debbie Siegel, 4111 <br />Oak Street, Ken Holland, 4119 Oak Street, and Karen <br />Roden, 4119 Oak Street. <br />Ken Holland noted that the property has been for sale <br />for the past 10 months and questioned whether Clyde <br />Place could be vacated. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated he would <br />notify all persons concerned informing them of the next <br />scheduled meeting to review this application. He also <br />recommended that an updated survey be submitted showing <br />the location of the culvert, and that the City Engineer <br />make a recommendation regarding the drainageway. <br />#1109 CURTIS L.
