She explained the conditions of variance <br />approval for the deck that previously existed within the <br />lakeshore area. <br />Gene and Katherine Scanlon were present for this matter. <br />They showed photos of the property and noted that the <br />proposed replacement deck will be no closer to the side <br />property line than what previously existed. <br />%
