She explained the history of <br />this guest apartment use and the covenant filed with the <br />chain of title which would allow the reinstatement of <br />the use upon application for the appropriate permits. <br />Mrs. Noland stated that the guest apartment will be <br />occupied by her aunt during the months of April through <br />November. <br />i <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Kelley, seconded by Hanson, to recommend <br />approval per staffs' recommendation and subject to the <br />following conditions (if it is legally permitted within <br />the covenant): <br />1. Guest apartment cannot be rented. <br />2.
