As <br />construction progressed, it became evident that the <br />wetland was not as stable as had been thought and would <br />not support the construction of a driveway. Therefore, <br />applicants are proposing to remove as much of the placed <br />fill as possible, allowing the wetland to return to its <br />previous state, and relocate the driveway further west <br />on an easement over Lot 8 owned by Gerald Neslund. <br />Planning Commission accepted this information and staffs <br />recommendation as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF MIRUTES <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Johnson, to <br />approve the Minutes of the March 21, 1988 Planning <br />Commission meeting as submitted.
