Drainage - The City Engineer is requesting <br />drainage plans and details to control the storm <br />water run-off. The plan shows arrows for runoff but <br />not how to handle it before it enters the lake. <br />3. Building 6 Screening plans - Jacobs reviewed <br />these plans as outlined in staff memo. <br />4. Signage - Per staff recommendation, applicant <br />plans to reduce the size of the lettering. <br />5. Pire Code, Sewer & SAC Charges - Reviewed and <br />accepted per staff memo. <br />6. Landscaping plan - Plan must be provided. Staff <br />recommends that the area south of the crane be oiade <br />into green area. Existing 1.37 acres <br />Lot Width - Required 200', Existing 193' along <br />Cygnet Place <br />Staff recommends approval based on the findings that the <br />lot size is consistent with existing developed lot sizes <br />in the general area, the lot can support suitable <br />primary and alternate drainfiled sites, and no adjacent <br />property is available for purchase to make this a <br />conforming lot.
