She <br />noted that the proposed structure will have no negative <br />impact the most affected adjacent property. <br />There were no comments from the pub!ic regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Bellows, seconded by Brown, to recommend <br />approval per staff recommendation.
